Before placing an order with Treasures of The Holy Land, please review our shipping policy, as outlined below:

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

If items are available in the USA warehouse, they will be shipped from it, if not, they will be shipped from the Holy Land.

Shipping and Delivery:

1-3 Business days if the item or items are in stock.

If shipping from our Holy Land Warehouse:

  • Standard: 45-60 Business Days
  • Expedited: 7-14 Business Days

If Shipping from our USA Warehouse, we offer the following:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express

Regarding Out-of-Stock Items:

In general, our store typically carries all of its products in stock, with some exceptions such as special orders or customized orders, etc. In the event that the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, our customer service team will notify you within 48 business hours and help you with your order. You will be informed of the estimated wait time it will take to get your item back in stock or assisted with canceling or exchanging your order for another product.

What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?

Unless you notify us by email, multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 business days, your order will ship when all the items are available, in 2 to 3 business days.)


Please Note: For orders outside Israel and the U.S., your order may be subject to additional duty charges and taxes that are not reflected in our prices. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these additional fees to receive their shipment. Please check with your local customs office for more information. Additionally, please be aware that some countries will not allow food items, jewelry, cosmetics, or certain other goods to clear customs and your order may be delayed or returned if an item of this type is included in your shipment.

As well, please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes, and some carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs and/or border control.
